eSavings Fresh Scents sell 100% authentic products and provide a 30 day money back return policy under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged
  • The order is lost during transit
  • The incorrect product (name or size) has been received, excludes buyer mistake, change of mind or product updates
  • The product is faulty and won't spray or leaking

A return request must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No merchandise damaged or otherwise, should be returned without a Return Approval Number (RAN) issued by eSavings Fresh Scents. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.

We provide a replacement product (subject to stock levels) or refund if the product is received by us within 30 days of delivery.

Prior to requesting a return please ensure the return reason is not listed below.

# We operating transparently and want our customers to have as much information as possible available prior to purchasing. If you have not already read the Perfume Expert page (FAQ's) please refer to this page for answers on commonly asked fragrance question, some of which are mistakenly linked to a product authenticity. Returns are not accepted for the above reasons.


Return Request

Please check completely through the packaging to ensure that all products have been removed from the box.

The merchandise covered by the packing slip was carefully packed and double-checked for accuracy. Upon acceptance the courier assumed full responsibility for the safe arrival of the merchandise. 

To request a return log-in into My Account, select Completed Order then Return Item. Complete the required information and submit your request.  A confirmation email will be forward explaining the return process and the additional information required like the product barcode and photo's of (i) the product, (ii) product packaging and (iii) postal packaging confirming the reason for the return.

All product packaging, cartons and packing materials should be retained for purpose of inspection as the courier is responsible for damage caused in transit. 

All goods sold on this site are fresh and authentic. Where you believe the goods are not suitable for the intended purpose or do not meet description it may be necessary to send your goods to the manufacturer or their agent to be accessed prior to finalising the return.

IMPORTANT:

A. The buyer is responsible for the return costs (refer ACCC, Consumer Rights - repair, replace, returns).  

B. Customers outside of Australia can be requested to return the product either to our Australian or international warehouse whichever is closest to the original shipping address.

C. Refunds are payable to the original payment account and exclude the initial carrier delivery & transit insurance charge of $18.95AUD per product, applicable on all returns.

D. Product must be sealed, in resale condition, not used (has not been sprayed). If packaging is damaged or opened a 15% deductible applies. 


Product Guarantee

All products are 100% authentic. We are proud of our product range and stand behind the product quality. That being said, we do not display on our website or provide meaningless Certificate of Authenticity. Perfume brands do not provide such certificates. Instead, we provide is the contact information of an independent Australian company, as recommended by Choice that can verify the authenticity of your fragrance providing a detailed report on the fragrance and packaging.

Lost in Transit

Our orders are shipped with tracking with a requirement of a signature upon delivery therefore lost orders are rare. 

Where it has been 15 business days since the order has been dispatched and the addressee (you) has contacted the courier company but the order's location cannot be confirmed please contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier company. On completing this investigation if the order has not been located or delivered a refund (or replacement) will be processed.


eSavings Fresh Scents comply with Australia's laws whereby customers are entitled to a return.  These laws do not cover a change of mind, a mistake in purchase, if you found a cheaper product, decided you had no use for product including do not like the product or any other personal decision.
