We ship to any Australian address (* excludes apply). But recommend a business or residential street address because a signature is a requirement for delivery. To aid in dispatch we use an automated processing system. Amendments to an order cannot be made once the order has been received. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shipping name and address is accurate; and includes both the first and last name of the addressee to ensure your transit insurance is valid.
The Billing address must match the credit cardholders' statement address or verified PayPal address, thereby protecting both parties and avoiding any possibility of fraud. The billing contact number should be the same number your bank has on file whereas, the shipping address contact number should be your day time contact number. An order will be declined if the billing or shipping information cannot be confirmed.
* A signature is a requirement for delivery therefore we do not ship to parcel locker's, hotel rooms or freight forward companies.
Perfumes, colognes & some related products have a flammable base. Under Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods (ADG Code) are classified a Class 3 Dangerous Good. The transportation of these products must comply with Australian and international hazardous materials transportation regulations which include road transport, specific packaging and applicable declarations. Orders processed by this website are compliant with this regulation. On occasions, compliance with this regulation may impact delivery times. It is against the law to Express Post these products within Australia therefore express shipping is not available.
Monitoring delivery & tracking
Whilst customer service is our priority unfortunately we cannot influence the service levels of a carrier. Therefore to aid in a smooth delivery we recommend that our customers monitor their delivery, particularly during the busy periods of Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and prior to Christmas.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is ready for dispatch. Please allow 1-3 days for this email subject to the products ordered. Some orders may require the tracking details confirmed by the carrier. This confirmation can impact the email advice of the tracking numbers.

Occasionally orders are non-deliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal or unclaimed. When an order has been returned to us for any of these reasons, a refund will be issued less the original carrier charges of $18.95 per product and a re-stock fee of 10% of the value of products. We can re-ship orders that are returned. However, additional carrier costs will apply.
